Recru is an ATS system that helps manage the hiring process and conduct technical candidate screening. All data transfers occur via secure SSL connection.

How is Candidate Data Used?

We store candidate contact information, resume data, screening results, and communication history. All data is protected and not transferred to third parties without your consent.

Does Recru Store Candidate Resumes?

Yes. We store uploaded resumes and extracted data to ensure system functionality.

Resumes and candidate personal data are stored encrypted in a secure database.

You can request deletion of a specific candidate's data at any time through the system interface or by contacting support.

Does Recru Share Data with Third Parties?

We do not sell or transfer candidate personal data to third parties. Exceptions are services necessary for platform operation (cloud hosting, integrations) that operate in accordance with GDPR.

Data Deletion

In accordance with GDPR, you can request deletion of all data. To do this, send a request to privacy@recru.com from the account whose data you wish to delete.

All data is protected by modern encryption methods and stored on servers with multi-level protection.
