We are constantly improving the platform, so the Terms may require changes. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time with notification via email and/or on the website.

If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may stop using the platform.

General Philosophy

We strive to make Recru the simplest and most ethical hiring tool possible. The Terms will ensure a comfortable experience for you and for us.

Data Usage Policy

It is prohibited to use Recru for unauthorized communications or data misuse. All interactions must be relevant to the hiring process and comply with data protection laws.

Responsibility for Actions

Recru is not responsible for accidental user actions in the system. You bear full responsibility for sending messages to candidates and managing data.

Usage Limits

Limits on the number of positions and candidates depend on the selected pricing plan. We cannot guarantee 100% delivery of all system notifications.

Account Suspension

Recru reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for violation of the Terms of Use, including data misuse or fraudulent actions.

Subscriptions

When subscribing to a paid plan, you will be charged a monthly or annual fee until the subscription is cancelled.

Chargebacks

In case of a chargeback through the bank, we will:

1. Investigate the incident

2. Provide evidence to the bank

3. Automatically cancel the subscription

4. May impose a ban on re-use of the account

Confidentiality

All information about the operation of the Recru platform is confidential. You agree not to disclose technical information, algorithms, and system operation methods to third parties.

Data Privacy

We do not collect data from children under 13. If you are aware of such cases, contact support@recru.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of errors.

Limitation of Liability

Recru is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform.

Assignment of Rights

You may not assign your rights under this agreement without written consent from Recru.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the country where Recru is registered through arbitration.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Recru and supersede all prior agreements.
