We are constantly improving the platform, so the Terms may require changes. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time with notification via email and/or on the website.

Data Usage Policy

Responsibility for Actions

Recru is not responsible for accidental user actions in the system. You bear full responsibility for actions within the system and data management.

Usage Limits

We had to introduce monthly limits on some functions for the closed testing period, as we provide free access at our expense. But we guarantee that the limits will be enough for full use of the platform during testing.

Account Suspension

Recru reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for violation of the Terms of Use, including data misuse, fraudulent actions, or any other actions that seem suspicious to us.

Confidentiality

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of errors, but we try to minimize their number. Recru is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform.

Assignment of Rights

You may not assign your rights under this agreement without written consent from Recru.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the country where Recru is registered.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Recru and supersede all prior agreements.
